The first major project of Accel Realty is Accel Infinium, a 500,000 sq. ft. IT Complex to be built in two phases in the KINFRA SEZ in Thiruvananthapuram. As a co-developer with KINFRA, this venture offers contemporary IT space inside the SEZ Unit thereby enabling IT and Technology companies to optimize on their technical and commercial outlays. The first phase is the 1,65,000 sq. ft. Infinium1,which is ready for occupation. The second phase comprising 3,50,000 sq.ft. will be ready for occupation in the coming year. The increasing demand for premium IT spaces in Thiruvananthapuram has prompted Accel Realty to announce further expansion beyond 500,000 sq. ft.. This is to build on the momentum that the city and the country is seeing due to the growing trend for work near home spaces that address both resource availability and quality-of-life facilities.

Thiruvananthapuram, apart from being the capital of Kerala state, has always been the State hub for Electronics, IT & ITES, and Biotech. From the inception of Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (KELTRON), the first State Govt. sponsored Electronics Dev. Corporation in India, to the setting up of Technopark, again the first IT Park in India

Thiruvananthapuram became an attractive destination for IT industry. With KINFRA Film & Video Park, and Technocity, the City of Thiruvananthapuram has become the focal point for ICT as well as other industrial enterprises in the emerging sectors.

Technopark, with 10 million sq. ft and 55,000 plus employees, is the technology anchor in Thiruvananthapuram.
